I'm just putting this notice up to inform everyone that I am currently prepping a major revision to my recent ebook Mirror Project. I'm getting ready to put it out in paperback form, and I'm also getting ready to submit it to a major new book contest, so I want to make sure that I go over everything in the copy with a fine-toothed comb one more time. Once the paperback is in print, I won't be able to easily revise and change things again.
For those of you who have already read the book, don't worry. I'm not changing anything major about the plot. I'm just tweaking some stylistic elements to make everything smoother and to make the book POP as much as possible. Don't worry about buying a new version, either. Once I am done with the revision, you will be able to grab the new version for free by deleting it from your device and then re-downloading it from your Amazon account. It's going to be a few weeks before you need to worry about that, though.
If you're interested in receiving a paperback copy of Mirror Project a week before the release to Amazon and other retailers, you should subscribe to Shaping Clay using the "Subscribe" button to the left. Everyone who has an active subscription before January 31 will receive Mirror Project in paperback as soon as I have copies to send out (in March). If you subscribe after January 31, you will still receive a DRM-free ebook copy over the Shaping Clay mailing list, but you won't get your paperback edition until your subscription is 90 days old.
If you're interested in buying the paperback, I will have copies for sale through the "Books" page on release day, and I'll be prepared to ship within 24 hours (unless I sell out). You'll also be able to get it on Amazon, on the Barnes & Noble site, and at many other booksellers.
P.S. - That essay on the myth of overcoming is on its way. I haven't forgotten about it, I've just had a couple of surprises over the last 2 weeks.
